These are companies we have checked and are of the highest quality, however you are free to use your own builders, designers, manufacturers and products at any stage of the project.

Conservatories

Conservatories have always been a popular way of extending a house, however in recent years they have become even more popular as people try to add value to their proprty with the addition of one of these beautiful extensions. While a PVC conservatory may be a cheap way of adding a room, it is unlikely to add any value to the house over the cost of having the conservatory built. Having a bespoke timber conservatory added to your property however is almost certain to add extra value to the property over and above the cost of the conservatory.

We have teamed up with Vale Garden Houses to design and manufacture conservatories for our clients. Each project is individual, with a unique personalised design being put together by one of their designers before being presented to you in a beautiful watercolour painting for you to approve.

Once you are happy with the design of the conservatory, one of the draughtsmen which will be drawing up your conservatory will come out to the property and perform a full site survey to ensure that the conservatory is a perfect fit.

Vale Garden Houses also have a building department and also a wicker conservatory furniture department which are all available to anyone buying one of their conservatories in order to make the whole process as smooth as possible.

Orangeries

Very similar to conservatories, orangeries are a very popular addition to the house. As with conservatories, orangeries are designed and manufactured by our partners Vale Garden Houses.

The main difference between a conservatory and an orangery is that the orangery usually has often has at least one solid wall and will usually have wide columns which are often made from brick or stone rather than a conservatory which is mainly a glazed extension. Many people use the terms conservatories and orangeries meaning the same thing as they do not understand the difference between the two.

Orangeries are usually larger than a conservatory and are also usually an built as an extension of the house rather than just an additional room.

Metal Windows

Often PVC windows do not look the part in a property for some reason. This doesnt leave you much choice when you are looking for replacement windows as timber is not really seen as a suitable option anymore. This leaves metal windows which can be manufactured from a range of different metals such as bronze, aluminium or steel.

Through our partner, Architectural Bronze Casements, we are able to provide you with a range of beautiful bronze windows and doors. Each window is handmade in their factory to the exact requirements and dimensions of your project.

There are three different systems which are available including a single glazed option for heritage properties, double glazed windows which are suitable for new builds and certain older properties and then also a unique inward opening metal window system which is ideal for buildings where the windows are not accessible for cleaning from the outside or where the windows can not be opened outwards - for example if the property is directly on a road or public footpath.

Bespoke Kitchens

One of the most common rooms to be extended with a conservatory or orangery is the kitchen. It is also the most important room in pretty much every house as it is the hub of the house. Once you have had the extension built though, you will probably want to have a new kitchen put in rather than keeping your old kitchen which may not fit that well around your new extension. We are able to install a range of bespoke kitchens from our partners Vela Cici.

While a lot of companies claim to offer bespoke kitchens, most of them do not actually offer a full bespoke design service. They will simply tweak their existing kitchens to make them fit in your kitchen. Vela Cici however will design the kitchen just for you. If you want a pippy oak kitchen with certain panels painting or if you want a black gloss kitchen with white panels then they can do it for you. No matter what you want they can create the kitchen just for you to your exact style and a perfect fit for the space that you have available.

Kitchen Worktops

It isnt always necessary to have a whole new kitchen installed when you have had the room extended. Sometimes you may just need new kitchen worktops and be able to keep or move around your existing kitchen units. If this is the case, we are able to provide kitchen worktops from a range of different stones in a wide selection of thicknesses and profiles. Each of the worktops is cut to the exact size and specification required for your project by our partners VelaCici Stone.

Once you have agreen on the style and and design of the kitchen worktop, a designer will come and measure up or you can send the measurements for the worktop yourself. The worktop will then be manufactured and a delivery and installation date arranged, at which point a fitting team will visit the house and fit the worktop for you.

Conservatory Furniture

The finishing touches for your house, conservatory furniture! We can help you find a range of conservatory furniture which will look perfect in your house. Through our partner, Interiors By Vale, we are able to source and supply a range of furniture ranging from conservatory sofa and chairs, dining table and chairs and shelving through to conservatory lighting, floor grilles and other acccessories.

The furniture can not only be used in the conservatory but it is ideal for use anywhere around the house. The tables and chairs can be used in the dining room, the mirrors in the bedroom, the rattan conservatory furniture outside in the garden and the lighting anywhere around the house.

There is also a range of garden accessories such as planters, garden statues and plant shelving which can be used in the conservatory or outside around your garden.
